SPOIL-A-PALOOZA! SUPERNATURAL SYNOPSES FOR FINAL FOUR EPISODES OF SEASON 12!

I usually don't do this, but I am so OH MY GOD WHAT THE HELL IS GOING TO HAPPEN with this season that I got all excited about getting synopses for the final two episodes! So I just had to share them! In fact, we now have synopses for the final four episodes, SO I'LL SHARE THEM ALL!

Of course, episodes 22 and 23 will play back to back on May 18. Though not a finale 2 parter as such, just a double episode, at this end of the season the eps pretty much run into each other story wise! But the Show has been at pains to say it's 2 episodes back to back not a 2 hour finale episode. Which I guess just means, that Carry On Wayward Son will still be at the start of episode 23!

Right...enough jibber jabber (as a certain Padaleski likes to say at cons) here are the synopses for the final 4 episodes of season 12!

12x20 - TWIGS & TWINE & TASHA BANES

RICHARD SPEIGHT, JR. DIRECTS – Alicia Banes (guest star Kara Royster) calls Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) for help after her mother, Tasha (guest star Alvina August), goes missing. Sam (Jared Padalecki) answers Mary’s phone and he and Dean (Jensen Ackles) head out to help Alicia and her twin brother, Max (guest star Kendrick Sampson), find their mother who was hunting a powerful witch. Meanwhile, Mary starts to have some doubts about the British Men of Letters. Richard Speight, Jr. directed the episode written by Steve Yockey (#1220). Original airdate 5/4/2017.

12x21 - MARY VS TONI BEVELL

Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are alarmed when they learn hunters are being killed by suspicious “accidents” all over the country. They decide it is best to find Mary (guest star Samantha Smith) and make sure she’s safe. Meanwhile, Toni (guest star Elizabeth Blackmore) is back in the states and she and Mary face off. PJ Pesce directed the episode written by Brad Buckner & Eugenie Ross-Leming (#1221). Original airdate 5/11/2017.

12x22 - WHO WE ARE

FAMILY – Caught in a dangerous situation, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) only have each other to rely on. Meanwhile, the fight between the American Hunters and the British Hunters comes to a head. John Showalter directed the episode written by Robert Berens (#1222). Original airdate 5/18/2017 - 8pm

12x23 SEASON FINALE - ALL ALONG THE WATCHTOWER

EPIC SEASON FINALE – Lucifer (Mark Pellegrino) battles Sam (Jared Padalecki), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Castiel (Misha Collins) for control of his unborn child. Robert Singer directed the episode written by Andrew Dabb (#1223). Original airdate 5/18/201 - 9pm

And here was a little nugget from TV|Line:

We’re getting so many teases about the Supernatural finale. What’s happening?! — Carla
Not surprisingly, there’s a lot happening, because as showrunner Andrew Dabb hinted at the beginning of the season, Sam and Dean are going to find themselves surrounded by enemies. “Lucifer is going to play a lot in our final run,” Dabb says. “The first part of the season was devoted to getting to know mom a little bit and the first part of the Lucifer story, the second part of the season strongly has been about the British Men of Letters and how they relate to Sam and Dean, and in the back third of our season, we’re really bringing all that stuff together. After doing a lot of ground work and lining up our dominos, we’re going to start knocking some stuff down. Lucifer will be a big part of that, Ketch and the British Men of Letters will be a big part of that, and I think it hopefully will build up to a really, really exciting finale.”

So there we have it - this is what we have in store!

Now we can all continue to freak out!

  1. I have my hopes ups for 12x22! Sounds like it could be a fanfic. I picture the boys lost in the wilderness with one of them hurt (I'm a "hurt Dean" fan, so I'll be hoping for that :) ) I like when it's just them, working together. :D

    1. I love the sound of that one too! The boys have been so united this season, it has truly been just the two of them united in the face of the chaos swirling around them. I love it when they stand strong together and ep 22 sounds really great! I love the title of that one too!
